25 Tips For Restaurant Dieting

By Lee Dobbins Eating out is a part of almost everyone life and being on a diet shouldnt prohibit you from enjoying this fun treat. Luckily many restaurants today offer healthy options and some even cater to different diet plans like the Atkins and South Beach Diets. The rules to sticking to your diet while eating out are the same as when you prepare your own food. Fill up on fruits and vegetables and eat lean meats and fish in small portions. Stay away from all those rolls! Whether you’re having lunch with the gang, or enjoying a romantic dinner for two, you can enjoy delicious-tasting foods that are low-in calories and good for you, with just a little forethought and planning. Heres some tips that might help you stick to your diet while enjoying restaurant cuisine. 1. Think Ahead. Get a menu from the restaurant if you are not familiar with their dishes and select a healthy dish ahead of time. This can save you from ordering something fattening under the duress of hunger pangs at the restaurant. 2. Order first. Be the first one in your group to order and you wont be tempted to change your mind and order some deliciously fattening dish that one of your companions has orderd. 3. Ask for smaller portions. Dont be afraid to ask for a kids or seniors sized portion. Most restaurants will accommodate you — and often you’ll pay less as well! 4. Ask about the preparation of any dish you plan to order. You want to avoid anything that is cooked in butter and always ask if they have a heart healthy or fat free option. 5. Drink a large glass of water before the meal. This will help you digest easier, feel full faster and therefore eat less. 6. If everything on the menu is high in fat or calories, ask if the chef could prepare a plate of fresh fruit and vegetables. Many restaurants offer a vegetarian selection, so if you don’t see it on the menu, ask. 7. When ordering meat or fish, ask that it be grilled or broiled, and prepared without oil or butter. (When you eat it, use lemon or herbs and spices to give it flavor rather than heavy sauces). 8. Order an appetizer and a salad as your meal. Or a soup and salad. For dessert, choose fresh fruit. 9. When choosing soup, remember that cream-based soups have many more calories than broth-based ones. 10. If you’re having a full meal, split the appetizer and desert with your companion. 11. If you decide to order pasta, tomato sauce has fewer calories than cream-based sauces, just like soup. 12. Choose breadsticks over bread, or if you eat bread, don’t add butter. Stay away from muffins and croissants, and choose whole grain over white. 13. Choose steamed vegetables instead of baked potatoes or other starches. Again, use lemon and herbs and spices rather than butter to flavor them with. 14. Whenever possible, eat like the Europeans do, and have your biggest meal at lunchtime. Not only will you save money, but you’ll cut down on calories at the same time! 15. Take the time to enjoy your meal. Savor the flavors and textures of your food, and enjoy the company you’re with. When you eat slowly, you give your body’s internal clock the time it needs to know when you’ve had enough. When you’re full, stop eating. Ask your server to remove your plate so you’re not tempted to keep eating while you wait for your companion to finish. 16. Ask for salsa on your baked potatoes, rather than sour cream and butter. Not only is salsa much lower in calories, but it adds a “spicy” flavor to potatoes. 17. Order salad dressings and sauces “on the side.” This gives you more control of how much to use. Another tip for salad dressing — rather than pouring the salad dressing on your salad, dip your fork into the dressing first, and then into the salad. You’ll get the same amount of flavor, without all the added calories! 18. Choose brown rice over white rice (or french fries), whole grain breads and rolls over white. Not only are they lower in calories, but they are better for you. 19. Stay away from “all you can eat” buffets and salad bars. It’s too easy to lose track of the amount of food you’re eating, even when it’s salads. If that’s your only choice, then stay away from the pasta, marinated salads, cheeses and fruit salads with whipped cream. Stick to soups, raw vegetables and fresh fruits. 20. Have your soup first. It will help to fill you up, and most soups have fewer calories. 21. If you’re craving something sweet, and don’t want fresh fruit, choose sorbet. If you absolutely HAVE to have the chocolate sauce, use the same trick as you did with the salad dressing — dip your fork into it first, then your dessert. 22. Split your dessert with your companion. You’ll still feel like you got to be indulgent, and you’ll only have to exercise half as long to burn off the extra calories! 23. When ordering sandwiches, order them with mustard only, rather than mayonnaise. Not only does mustard have almost no calories, but you won’t miss the mayo! 24. If the portion you were served is large, only eat half of it. Take the other half home. Not only will you get two meals for the price of one, but you’ll cut the calories in half as well! 25. Go for a walk after eating. Stroll along the beach, walk through a park, visit a zoo. You’ll burn calories and get your exercise at the same time! Easter Weight Loss & The Easter Bunny – Are They Both A Myth?

By Tracie Johanson Millions of Americans are well into their annual spring diet program, trying to lose weight fast before summer arrives. Unfortunately, Easter can derail our weight loss efforts faster than Peter Cottontail hops down his bunny trail. With mountains of candy eggs and legions of chocolate bunnies, Easter packs enough fat and calories to obliterate even the best weight loss program. Attempting to stick with a healthy diet through Easter may leave the dieter wondering if Easter weight loss is a bigger myth than the Easter bunny. “Easter is third in candy consumption in the United States with 940 million dollars spent on it in 1998. That’s a lot of chocolate bunnies” (Source: about.com). “In 2000, Americans bought $1.9 billion of Easter candy and consumed 7.1 billion pounds to edge ahead of Christmas sales that year” (Source: Topeka Capital Journal, April, 2004). So what’s a weight watcher to do, short of filling the Easter eggs with diet pills and weight loss products? By following a few simple guidelines, it is possible to maintain a diet plan through Easter and perhaps even achieve some healthy weight loss. All Easter Candy Is Not Created Equal: First and foremost, it’s important to be aware that all Easter candy is not created equal. While no Easter candy could properly be called a diet product, it is true that some varieties are less fattening than others. On the healthier side of the scale are marshmallow eggs and jellybeans. Palmer Marshmallow Eggs, for example, in a 47 gram serving, boast just 130 calories, 0 grams fat, 0 grams saturated fat, and 38 grams carbohydrate (13% Daily Value). Another Easter candy option that’s may fit into a weight loss plan is Brach’s Classic Jelly Bird Eggs. The recommended serving of 14 pieces (41 grams) has just 150 calories, 0 grams fat, 0 grams saturated fat and 37 grams carbohydrate (12% Daily Value). Marshmallow Peeps, one of the most popular choices in the country, are another low fat option. A 5 peeps (42 gram) serving boasts just 160 calories, 0 grams fat, 0 grams saturated fat and 40 grams carbohydrate (13% Daily Value). Although Easter candy will never be featured as the next big weight loss pill, it is true that some confections are healthier than others. Choose wisely. Chocolate Is Not A Diet Food: In spite of the fact that jellybeans will never have a permanent place in a diet and nutrition program, at least they’re healthier than chocolate. Far from being a diet food, chocolate packs in the calories because it’s so high in fat. For someone seeking fat loss this Easter season, perhaps the worst thing to find in their basket would be the Palmer Whacky Rabbit Chocolate Bunny (2.5 oz.). The recommended serving size is 1 package (71 grams), which will cost an astounding 360 calories, 20 grams fat (31% Daily Value), 12 grams saturated fat (60% Daily Value) and 46 grams carbohydrate (15% Daily Value). Other chocolate Easter products likely to annihilate a weight loss diet include Hershey’s Candy Coated Eggs with 210 calories per 9 piece (41 gram) serving, Nestle Butterfinger Nest Eggs with 210 calories per 5 piece (43 gram) serving, and Russell Stover Solid Milk Chocolate Bunny (7 oz.) with 220 calories per 1/5 piece (40 gram) serving. To maintain some weight control this Easter, cut back on the solid chocolate goodies and opt instead for lower-calorie alternatives like the Cadbury Crme Egg. With a serving size of 1 egg (39 grams), this Easter favorite contains 170 calories, 6 grams fat (9% Daily Value), 3.5 grams saturated fat (18% Daily Value) and 28 grams carbohydrate (9% Daily Value). Other options may include Snickers Minis, with 170 calories per 4 piece (36 gram) serving, or Nestle Crunch Nest Eggs, with 180 calories per 5 piece (37 gram) serving. Hide The Easter Basket (Again!) “Peter Cottontail should be hopping down the Bunny Trail any time now. But you might be surprised at what he’ll be bringing this year. While there’s still sure to be plenty of colored, hard-boiled eggs on Sunday, candy makers say he also will be toting 90 million chocolate bunnies, 600 million marshmallow chicks and bunnies and 16 billion jellybeans. That’s hefty load for such a little animal, huh?” (Source: Topeka Capital Journal, April, 2004). There’s no doubt that the sheer volume of Easter candy available is enough to hamper even the best weight loss program. An Easter weight loss tip to deal with this issue is to eat just a little bit every day. Spreading the candy feast out over several weeks will not only minimize weight gain, but it will also prevent additional candy purchases well into summer. So after all the eggs and treats have been found this year, go ahead and hide them again in a kitchen cupboard. Out of sight is out of mind, and hiding that Easter basket (again) may be the weight loss strategy that makes the difference this year. Join In The Hunt! While most people acknowledge that they should exercise to lose weight, most lack the motivation to engage in weight loss exercise on a regular basis. The solution this Easter is to join in the Easter egg hunt with the kids. A 170 pound woman will burn approximately 116 calories in 30 minutes of hiding Easter eggs, and another 154 calories in just 30 minutes of egg-hunting (source: caloriesperhour.com). Get out there and have some fun! Easter may not be the best time to pursue fast weight loss, but it is certainly possible to enjoy the holiday without raising your body fat percentage to new highs. By following the weight management techniques outlined above, you’ll be able to greet the Easter bunny with a smile this year. * Tracie Johanson is the founder of Pick Up The Pace, a 30-minute exercise studio for women, focusing on fitness, health and nutrition for maximum weight loss. Linking Features & Benefits

By Robert Abbott I’m sure that you’ve had those Eureka! moments, too. When a piece of information suddenly helped you see or understand something that hadn’t been apparent before. For me, one came when I discovered means-end analysis, a marketing concept that helps us understand why listeners or readers might respond — or not respond — to our messages. It does this by clarifying the relationship between product features and the benefits experienced by consumers. I also believe it has great potential for developing communication strategies. But first, let’s review the marketing connection: Consumers know about products in three general ways: * by the attributes (features) they possess; * by the consequences of ‘consuming’ those attributes; and * by the way the consequences help satisfy personal needs. As the list suggests, these types of knowledge are linked, providing connections among attributes, consequences, and the value-fulfillment benefits we derive from them. For example, a luxury car offers a number of attributes (features) that make it distinctive. Owning and driving one has some personal consequences, which might include showing others that the owner is affluent and successful. That, in turn, satisfies the owner’s value-driven need to be seen as successful… Now, let’s look at the same example another way. A low-end car’s attributes might include an inexpensive purchase price and economical operation. One personal consequence of owning a car with these attributes might be to have more money available for saving. And, that could provide value satisfaction by giving the owner a sense of accomplishment as she watches her savings account grow. In developing a communication strategy, the means-end concept offers a couple of important tools. First, it suggests a way to structure messages. Start with attributes, link those attributes to personal consequences, and then link the consequences to satisfying personal value-needs. Second, it may help us predict the impact of our messages. For example, say your manufacturing plant is about to buy and install a major piece of machinery, and you want employees to know about it. For the plant newsletter, you write an article, starting with attributes of the new machinery. Now, link those attributes to personal consequences: The new equipment enhances the long-term viability of the plant, which makes employees’ jobs more secure. And, secure jobs satisfy an important value requirement among employees, which is to provide their families with a good standard of living. But, suppose you finish writing about the attributes, and you can’t get a grip on the personal consequences for employees, or how it will satisfy their value needs. That should help you predict that the message will fall on deaf – perhaps even hostile – ears. Given that knowledge, you can rethink what you’re doing, what you’re saying, or how you’re saying it. In summary, by linking features and benefits, we give ourselves an opportunity to understand and construct effective messages, for both marketing and other purposes. Robert F. How To Research Your Target Market in 5 Easy Steps

By Kelly O’Neil Why do so many new products and service companies fail? Usually for many reasons. Companies often are so enamored of their new product ideas that they fail to do their research, or they ignore what the research tells them. It is important in product development to develop products that your consumers want, not simply what you desire to produce. With effective market research, you can determine the need for your service, a product’s likelihood to sell, target-market demographics, and desirable store locations. There are numerous ways to uncover this information — from online research to focus groups. Here are a few simple and free ways for entreprenuers to do market research: Step 1: Go to www.google.com Step 2: Identify key words that describe your target market and service/product offering Step 3: Run a search on each of those keywords Step 4: Research the top 10 Sites that show up on Google and the sponsored links on the right for the following 7 Key Market Research Questions: 1. Who is the company and principal of the company? 2. What products and services are they trying to sell? 3. At what price point are they offering these products and services? 4. Who are they targeting? What are the demographics of their target audience? 5. How are they delivering their product and service? 6. How are they positioning their product and service? 7. How are they promoting their product and service? Step 5: Create a one page document for each company that summarizes the key questions and then one final executive summary of all 10 sites comparatively. Use this information to create and position your own marketing strategy. Other Ideas Ask your existing customers – Conduct a survey of your target market with Survey Monkey. Invite a group out for lunch and have in informal focus group. Contact a local MBA program and offer an internship to a grad student. Join online forums that talk about your kind of business. Set up a chat room where you conduct your own online focus groups. Take the time to do the market research upfront. Renegade entrepreneurs may find this task tedious, but I promise you, it wont be as painful as regularly dusting the thousands of dollars of unshipped product you could have laying around your office! Cell Phone Number Search

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Sarah_Driskill]Sarah Driskill Cell Phone Numbers are supposed to be untraceable back to a person’s name and address, but in fact all of that is easy to find. But, only if you know where to look. In fact it was a hated move by the cell phone companies that made reverse cell phone searches possible in the first place. Two of the best things about having a cell phone are that it lets you screen every call, and that telemarketing companies won’t bother you on them. Well, that last one is not true anymore. In 2005 cell phone companies began selling this information to telemarketing agencies. This includes information on how long the account has been active and even if the person is likely to answer their phone. By law, these telemarketing companies have to scrub their list every thirty-one days from the national Do Not Call registry and delete everyone who has signed up on the DNC list. However, they can still legally call you up to thirty-one days from when you registered. Now the bad part about having a cell phone is that if an old flame calls you from their cell phone, then both of your significant others will likely find that number either on the phone’s call history or a the monthly bill and become suspicious. Now because that personal cell phone user information was sold to database marketing as well as telemarketing companies, you now have access to a tremendous amount of information, should you ever be in that position, by doing a reverse cell phone number search. In fact there are many companies that will tell you a plethora of information on anyone and all that they need from you is their cell phone number, and you can do all of this online and completely anonymous yourself. [http://www.ReverseCellPhoneSearchDetective.com/reverse-cell-phone-search.php?k=cell+phone+number+search]Cell Phone Number Search is a service provided, along with this article by ReverseCellPhoneSearchDetective.Com. Pomegranates Ride the Anti-Oxidant Bandwagon

By Ian Richards Fruit and vegetables have always done big business but fashions and tastes change, just look at pomegranates. It used to be that whatever the hottest TV chef was cooking with would fly off the shelves now it is the health gurus. Pomegranate juice is a case in point, once it was only found in ethnic supermarkets but now it has become main stream in a big way because it has been found to be packed full of ant-oxidants, polyphenols and other vitamins. Many of the big companies involved with growing or processing fruit and vegetables are funding research to try to get their product in the vanguard of health, able to cure all. They have grown tired of the orange boys flooding the breakfast table with their juice on the back of its vitamin C content. It has to be said that at the same time there has been some excellent independent research going on into the constituents of the food we eat and how it affects the body. Pomegranates are the latest and, some would say greatest so far in the health field. Research being carried out around the world has been impressive, even if it is at the first stages. At a lab at Cape Western Reserve University of Medicine they have found that the pomegranate has something in it that counters the effect of an inflammatory chemical called interleukin-1b which is a contributory factor in arthritis. They have also found that the pomegranate can reduce the production of some enzymes that destroy the cartilage that covers the bones which leads to osteoarthritis. This research is still in the laboratory stage and has not been tested with humans but it is looking hopeful. There is work being done in Israel and London on the pomegranates ability to reduce LDL which is the fatty deposits which line the arteries and causes heart disease and strokes. Preliminary research has indicated that just one glass of pomegranate juice a day will have a significant effect on your cholesterol level. The big news is that pomegranates are looking to be beneficial in the fight against cancer. In England and Germany, tests have shown that it has an effect in fighting cancer cells under laboratory conditions. Whilst at UCLA they have found that taking 8ozs of pomegranate juice a day can slow the return of prostate cancer in men. The sample group was quite small; only 50 men who had received treatment for the cancer, but by drinking pomegranate juice it had slowed the return of the cancer by a very significant amount. It is too soon to start throwing your medicine away but on the face of it a glass of pomegranate juice a day may be beneficial for your overall health. If you are on any medication, it is always advisable to consult with your doctor to make sure that it will not interrupt the effect of the drugs you are taking. Now get down to the store before they run out. Ian Richards webmaster of yourpower2be.com, on line webzine . On-line Weight Watchers Diet Helper for Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) and Mobile Phones

By Laura Ciocan At the beginning of December, WeightWatchers.com announced the release of an application for Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) and PDA mobile phones. It is the first to synchronize with a web-based account via the Internet. Mobile-phone diet applications are becoming increasingly popular. Weight Watchers diet promoters link the phone application to the Web personal account, which provides a useful portable tool for diet assistance. This makes the diet easier to follow by offering : The possibility of following your weight watch more closely, and of keeping permanent track of your eating A points calculator and tracker. The WeightWatchers diet is based on calculating the points of foods according to a specific formula. This facility provides a ready, helpful tool. It also tracks the points allowance, daily or weekly, helping you to stay within limits The application includes a vast database such as 25,000 food choices, restaurants and groceries An application which updates your web account every time you enter data or calculate. The application has already gained huge popularity. Over 400,000 buyers have downloaded the application from a popular Web site selling cell-phone applications. As the popularity of low-carb diets has lost ground throughout 2004 and sales have dropped, the company behind the Atkins Diet is planning to launch a similar product for mobile phones and handheld computers on the market. The product, available at the beginning of 2005, will be so affordable that it will be within the reach of any dieter. The application is a carbohydrate counter to help dieters track the carbohydrate contents of foods, as well as their own daily carb intake. The application is a further step within the firm’s marketing policy of finding new market segments for the product — the Atkins diet — by diversifying the means of popularizing it. In this way it also diversifies the target audience. An Atkins diet DVD was put on the market and sold during the 2004-2005 holiday season. Natural Make-Up: Organic Ingredients Make a Better Product

By Lisa Bronart What makes an ingredient natural? More and more leading make-up companies are responding to the demands of todays educated market and offering their customers make-up containing natural and organic ingredients. Women – and more and more men – are realizing the benefits of leaving behind the man-made ingredients used in cheaper cosmetics and looking for the quality and results that come from natural make up. Cosmetics that have been made using quality ingredients – natural products close to the original state, and, whenever possible, organic certified. One of the most popular ingredients you find in any natural make-up is almond oil. It is excellent for dry, rough skin and very sensitive skin. You will see it used as a base in massage oil, body lotions and many many bath products. Because it is so gentle it can be used on even a babys skin. Almond oil is a natural moisturizer and protects then skin beautifully- making it a great choice for those is drier climates. Adding a few drops of your favourite essential oil, such as rose oil or lavender to almond oil makes wonderful massage oil. Using natural and organic certified products only serves to enhance the healing qualities of natural ingredients. Reputable companies will not indulge in cheap mass produced ingredients such as petrochemicals, lauryl sulphate, parabins, laureth sulphate and low grade alcohol. Alcohol, which is used as a preservative is still an ingredient – but only food quality and plant derived – such as beet root. Fragrance and colors are never artificial artificial scents and additives are to be avoided when looking for a true natural make-up. You will see the ingredient grape seed extract in a myriad of products. It has restorative properties and is a valuable ingredient in natural make-up – especially face creams and moisturizers. Grape seed extract comes from the tiny seeds of red grapes. Grape seed is extract is rich in anti-oxidants – in fact there are more antioxidants found in grape seed than in vitamins C and E. Grape seed extract will help maintain the skins elasticity and is a key ingredient in any face cream. Another ingredient listed on many cosmetic and natural make-up labels is Lemon Oil. You will most often find this in bath and body products, massage oil, lotions and foot care. Lemon oil is derived from a cold pressing of lemon peel. In quality natural cosmetics the oils will come from certified organic fruit. Lemon oil is believed to have energizing properties- often leaving the user feeling refreshed and invigorated. Rose oil, sometimes called rose otto, is a popular ingredient found in many natural make-up and skin care lines. Be sure it is rose oil and not rose essence, which in most cases is synthetic. Synthetic rose oil has no healing benefits or therapeutic value. Rose oil is often used in skin care because of its gentleness – it is suitable for almost all skin types – especially dry or very sensitive skin. Its also a much sought after ingredient in natural make-up because it has been attributed to the relief of depression, anxiety, spasms, tension, stress and menopausal problems. You will often see rose oil used in many bath products because of the relaxing and calming effect it has on the user. Rose oils delicate scent is thought to increase perception and for this reason and it is believed to have aphrodisiac properties. Natural ingredients, organic certified ingredients are important to the quality and effectiveness of the products you put on your skin. When you are choosing a natural make-up, look at the labels and try and get a better understanding of what you are putting on your skin – and what is being absorbed into your body. Knowing what is safe and what is effective will help you make better decisions about the products you buy. Using natural sources such as plants and herbs rather than synthetic man-made chemicals is always a better choice. Look for high-quality ingredients, ingredients that are not synthetic and are certified organic on the products you buy. LJ Bronart is freelance writer in Toronto, Canada. She hopes to promote the organic products and the use of more natural make up. Life on the Atkins Diet

By Dorothy Blake About three years ago, I tried the Atkins Diet for losing weight. The Atkins Diet is a very low-carb, high protein regimen. I did lose weight- almost 60 pounds. I didnt feel hungry- in fact, my body completely lost any appetite for food, including mouth hunger and the munchies from indulging in another bad habit of mine, which I gave up last year. Additionally, the acid reflux that had been plaguing me for a few years was gone after just a few weeks of following the diet. I followed the diet to the letter, not cheating, going through the two week induction period, of very low carbohydrate intake (almost NO carb intake, really), and tested my urine with the keto sticks every morning, first things, to make sure that I was maintaining ketosis. I got both the basic book about the diet and the Atkins Cookbook, and learned how to make some delicious food. I also used the Atkins Shake mixes and canned shakes, for when I was at work in the morning, and had to gulp down a quick breakfast. The great thing was that the weight came off where I needed it off the most- in my stomach and abdomen. Many experts say that people who carry their excess weight in the belly are more prone to Diabetes than those who are equally overweight, but with an even distribution of excess poundage over the body. I was wearing clothes that I hadnt worn in a few years. I was on this funky diet, as my disapproving doctor called it, for about five months. I looked great and didnt feel hungry. What stopped me from continuing was pain- sharp, intense pain in my kidneys that started suddenly one day. I found out that kidney failure was a hazard of following this diet. I stopped, and the pounds came back with a vengeance- probably gained more back that I had lost. Despite taking a multi-vitamin and several other supplements every day, I became deficient in certain phytonutrients, including Vitamin C. The last few weeks I was following the diet, I had no immune system, and caught colds easily. I also still have a small lump in my left leg- whether it is a small gout or something else from the diet, I dont know. But the big thing was the intense pain in my kidneys, which got me to stop immediately. Im still looking for the diet plan that works for me. Over the years, I have counted calories, done Weight Watchers ( 3 times), just plain went hungry, and still havent found a permanent solution. I think restricting carbs was the right track for me, but perhaps not as severely or not for so long a period of time. Dottye is a Realtor in Central Florida, and a wife, mother and grandmother. Young people and teenagers have a distinct style and taste. Their fashion is distinct; their food habits are peculiar and their taste in music ranges from pop to rap. So mobile phone makers and mobile service providers have started to design mobile phones targeted at this young teenage market. Ringtone is the sound of the mobile phone makes when you receive a call. Early on, most mobile phones had similar sounding ringtones. In a crowd it was difficult to distinguish whose phone was ringing. But with the advent of better mobile phone technology, ringtones have drastically improved. Most phones have a monophonic sound whilst the more advanced phones have a polyphonic and real sound tones. Many ringtones are available totally free of cost on many Web sites for all these three categories. But when one thinks of teenagers, how can one ignore rap music? Rap songs and tones based on famous rap songs are freely available on many Web sites that provide free ringtones. Most ringtone providers send the ringtone directly to your phone through an SMS text message and the ringtone then needs to be stored in your phone to be used as your personalized incoming call alert system. Thanks to these free ringtones, you could have Dr. Dre rapping one of his famous songs, Eminem rapping his best songs or Black Eyed Peas belting their songs as your ringtone.
